Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning technology consultant at Manager level to lead LMS/LXP projects, guide senior stakeholders, and grow a global implementation pipeline.

You will drive end-to-end LMS/LXP engagements, advise on best practices, and collaborate with practice leadership to deliver scalable, measurable learning transformations across industries.

Travel 25-50% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose client challenges and translate requirements into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams.
