Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate's Degree, 6 years required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose business challenges and translate requirements into learning tech strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices for LMS/LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations with distributed teams.
