Job summary

Accenture seeks a Learning Technology Consultant at Manager level to lead LMS/LXP programs, guiding delivery excellence and growing junior talent. You will work with senior stakeholders and collaborate with distributed teams to drive large-scale learning technology engagements.

The role covers strategy, vendor selection, and end-to-end platform implementations, with travel 25%–50% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations with globally distributed teams.
