Deloitte Global seeks a product-focused leader to guide learning-platform strategy, governance and multi-vendor ecosystem management for enterprise learners worldwide. You will partner with Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy and Articulate to optimize adoption, analytics and learner experience while aligning with stakeholders across technology, operations and delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
5+ years managing enterprise learning platforms or multi-vendor ecosystems.
Hands-on with Cornerstone platforms and related admin capabilities.
Knowledge of learning content libraries and authoring tools (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Articulate).
Understanding of learning tech standards (SCORM, xAPI, LTI, APIs).
Experience with Agile processes, backlog inputs, and release coordination.
Strong communication, stakeholder management in global, virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Take direction on product strategy and prioritize inputs for roadmaps and governance.
Partner with learning ecosystem vendors to assess roadmaps and releases.
Support platform consolidation, adoption, and learner experience improvements.
Advise business stakeholders on capabilities, integrations, risks, and decisions.
Leverage AI-enabled insights and analytics for recommendations and value analysis.
Support governance with mitigation planning and continuous improvement.
Develop and present roadmap inputs, risks, and value to leadership.
