Job summary

Doyon, Limited is seeking a Talent Development & Employee Relations professional to coordinate development initiatives across the DFOC. You will manage the LMS, develop training materials, and support internal investigations while maintaining confidentiality.

The role emphasizes collaboration with subsidiary HR departments, planning and delivering trainings, and aligning programs with strategic goals. Office-based environment with a focus on equity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in learning or similar system administration environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Technical computer and systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development and delivery of programs and guidelines aligned to strategic goals.
• Analyze workforce and training needs and implement solutions.
• Serve as LMS administrator and handle day-to-day maintenance and content loading.
• Develop, write and review learning materials.
• Coordinate employee development opportunities and training sessions.
• Support talent and succession processes and confidentiality in investigations.
• Partner with talent vendors for HRSC needs and special projects.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
