Job summary

Overview of opportunity at Doyon, Limited. The role focuses on coordinating talent development initiatives across the DFOC and providing HR Service Center support. You will manage the LMS daily, develop and deliver employee training, and conduct internal investigations with confidentiality.

This position emphasizes collaboration with multiple HR teams, maintaining compliance, and continuous improvement of training processes within a Native corporation setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources; related experience may substitute.
• Experience in learning or LMS administration environment.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience with mid to high level skills.
• Technical computer and systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent development initiatives across the Doyon Family of Companies.
• Administer and maintain the LMS; load content and troubleshoot.
• Develop, write and review learning materials.
• Support employee development opportunities and HR service center tasks.
• Assist with talent and succession processes and internal investigations.
