Job summary

Logitech in Charlotte, NC is seeking a CMS Product & Program Manager, L4B to own the CMS/LMS enablement stack, coordinate with CRM and other platforms, and drive continuous improvement. You will configure content workflows, manage cross-functional workstreams, and lead UAT to bridge IT requirements with sales use cases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales enablement, hands-on CMS/LMS experience (Seismic and Adobe Learning preferred), and Salesforce expertise.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales enablement with platforms across functions.
Experience with CMS and LMS platforms; Seismic and Adobe Learning preferred.
Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience working across geographic regions.
Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
Industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure CMS settings and workflows to meet organizational needs.
Coordinate CMS enhancements with global teams and align with business objectives.
Define and maintain expectations for CMS admin requests, reporting needs, and enhancements.
Manage user permissions across CMS and LMS.
Provide weekly CMS/LMS status reports.
Design CMS/LMS reports for various business groups based on needs.
Lead UAT and bridge IT requirements with sales use cases.
Ensure compliance with security policies and brand standards.
