Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate training events, create reports, ensure data integrity in the LMS, and support daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment on-site in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field; HR specialization preferred.
• Strong communication with leaders and external partners.
• MS Office proficiency and data accuracy.
• Experience coordinating multiple training events in a fast-paced environment.
• 3–5 years in Talent Management or Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Create regular reports and presentations on Learning metrics
• Communicate and follow up with Leaders
• Answer employees’ queries about Training related issues
• Provide orientation for new employees as needed
• Test Courses in LMS
• Schedule Meetings
• Track Training Attendance and Register in LMS
• Tracking Training Plan
• Define and Communicate Training Audience
• Follow up with Vendors
• Track Budget
• Liaise with external and internal partners
• Attend meetings and take meeting notes
• Support Company functions as needed
