Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience driving performance, capability development, and process improvement results.
• Experience leading large-scale capability-building and training initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Change Management, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for frontline leaders and cross-functional managers.
• Set strategy for end-to-end Technical Services and Training programs, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Develop a comprehensive Capability Building strategy to strengthen technical proficiency and food safety knowledge.
• Identify capability gaps and implement learning pathways and development plans.
• Monitor trends, compliance, and business needs to recommend improvements.
• Lead improvement projects focusing on quality, safety, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and ensure project sustainability with KPI tracking.
