Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse processes and procedures.
• Train and mentor warehouse personnel; drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate process and personnel improvements to management.
• Foster safety culture and 100% policy compliance.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and guide performance discussions.
