Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions

Responsibilities

• Identify educational needs and develop training programs or classes
• Teach or instruct others in required skills
• Plan and deliver sales training and staff development programs
• Collaborate with sales supervisors to identify training needs and measure outcomes
• Provide training materials and resources to motivate learning
• Maintain training status reports for management
• Organize training manuals and testing/evaluation procedures
