Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Talent Coordinator to provide HR administrative support, assist with learning and training initiatives, and manage LMS data. The role involves partnering with leaders, HR stakeholders and vendors to drive learning program execution and analytics.
The successful candidate will coordinate training events, create reports, ensure data integrity in the LMS, and support daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment on-site in Dallas, Texas.

The Talent Coordinator provides administrative support within the Human Resources department of the organization. Their primary duties include assisting with the learning process, helping to create and schedule employee training, entering employee records into the LMS database and creating regular reports and presentations on Learning metrics. The Talent Coordinator is expected to competently complete a large variety of administrative tasks, they must have a good foundation in general education, excellent computer skills and previous experience of office work. This role partners with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and external vendors to drive learning program execution, ensure LMS governance and data integrity, enhance the learner experience, and provide actionable insights through learning analytics.
