Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, psychology, education, or related field; HR specialization or certificate preferred.
• Strong communication across employees, leaders, and external partners.
• Proficient in MS Office and maintaining data accuracy.
• Experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Create regular reports and presentations on Learning metrics
• Communicate and follow up with Leaders
• Answer employees' queries about Training related issues
• Provide orientation for new employees as needed
• Test Courses in LMS
• Schedule Meetings
• Track Training Attendance and Register in LMS
• Tracking Training Plan
• Define and Communicate Training Audience
• Follow up with Vendors
• Track Budget
• Liaise with external and internal partners
• Attend meetings and take meeting notes
• Support Company functions as needed
