Job summary

Wellby Financial in the Greater Houston area seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to optimize delivery of our learning strategy. You will manage learning systems, data, and workflows, enabling onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.

You'll coordinate programs across in-person and virtual formats, maintain LMS data integrity, and support content development, analytics, and program administration for a positive member-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in training & development or related field.
• Experience with content development tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.) preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute training sessions, cohort programs, coaching sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives in-person and virtually.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (Workday Learning) configurations, enrollments, and data accuracy.
• Develop and update instructor guides, participant workbooks, and learning resources.
• Coordinate and support onboarding, retail, and leadership/talent development activities.
