Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Education, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, learning administration, HR operations, or related administrative roles.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR technology platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain LMS content, classes, curricula, certifications, learning paths, and learner records in the LMS.
• Coordinate program administration activities for leadership, professional development, and enterprise learning offerings.
• Manage participant registrations, communications, attendance tracking, and completion processing.
• Prepare and distribute program communications, reminders, and participant updates.
• Compile participation, completion, and operational metrics to support reporting requirements.
• Support virtual and in-person learning events, including materials and facilities.
