Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to optimize delivery of our learning strategy. You will manage learning systems, programs, and data, coordinating onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training across in-person and virtual environments.

You will collaborate with the L&D team to support content creation, budget tracking, and LMS maintenance, ensuring accurate learner records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in training & development, human resources, project coordination, or related area.
• Experience with content development tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia) preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end scheduling and execution of training sessions, cohorts, coaching, workshops, and other learning initiatives in-person and virtually.
• Coordinate logistics including invitations, calendar holds, room reservations, catering, tech setup, materials, and event logistics.
• Serve as primary point of contact for training communications, reminders, pre-work, and follow-up materials.
• Work with L&D team to support onboarding, retail, and leadership development programs.
• Support Learning Management System (Workday Learning) configuration, enrollments, paths, and learner records.
• Assist with content development and updating of learning materials and resources.
• Maintain learning content libraries, templates, and digital assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and streamline processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
