Wellby Financial in the Greater Houston area seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to optimize delivery of our learning strategy. You will manage learning systems, data, and workflows, enabling onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.
You'll coordinate programs across in-person and virtual formats, maintain LMS data integrity, and support content development, analytics, and program administration for a positive member-focused experience.

The Learning Operations Specialist supports effective delivery and continuous improvement of the organization’s learning and development strategy through the management of learning systems, processes, data, and operational workflows. This role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, retail training, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives, while ensuring learning activities are accurately tracked, documented, and delivered in alignment with organizational goals.

The team member does not have supervisory responsibilities.
The team member follows Wellby’s policies and procedures, Team Member Handbook, and federal and state laws and regulations in accomplishing assignments Instructions to the team may be general or specific in nature The team member performs routine and generally related tasks without supervisory direction. Tasks may occasionally have to be coordinated, integrated, and/or prioritized. The team member’s work is reviewed periodically for accuracy, completion, and compliance with Wellby’s policies and procedures. The team member will ensure policies, procedures, and programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals, and compliant with professional standards. The team member uses independent judgment in making decisions. Courses of action are determined by established procedures and/or the Learning & Development Manager.

The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Must be able to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds across the office and load them onto shelves for various needs. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work involves the typical risks and discomforts associated with an office environment but is usually in an adequately cooled, heated, lighted, and ventilated area.
