Job summary

RIDE Mobility seeks a Technical Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of technical training for its electric vehicle lineup. You will develop programs for operators and maintenance staff, coordinate LMS deployment, and ensure ongoing training and certification. Travel to customer sites is expected as part of the role.

The role requires 3+ years in technical training management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. A relevant certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Technical Training Manager or similar (3+ years).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to develop technical course content and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills gap analyses for individuals and teams.
• Develop technical training courses and materials for all levels.
• Coordinate product training and feature demonstrations.
• Oversee LMS implementation, vendor selection, and deployment.
• Ensure new hires receive essential technical training and certification.
