Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Fleet Operations Training Leader to define the training strategy for hiring, new-market launches, and vehicle/software milestones. You will own curriculum standards, assessments, and certification metrics while scaling train-the-trainer programs across sites.

You will run the Docebo platform, manage learning plans, and map certifications to mission types, with travel 10–20% to audit delivery and support launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational training, enablement, or learning for a large operations workforce, including 3+ years leading trainers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building blended programs across multiple sites (e-learning, live facilitation, on-the-job, train-the-trainer).
• Hands-on LMS administration at scale with Docebo or comparable systems, including reporting and certification tracking.
• Track record aligning training capacity with hiring and launch plans.
• Ability to work in safety-critical, regulated, fast-changing environments and translate changes into training without disrupting live operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior operators and cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to travel ~10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Set the Fleet Operations training strategy and roadmap for hiring plans and new-market launches.
• Own curriculum standards, assessments, certification bars, and performance metrics.
• Scale train-the-trainer and audit delivery across current and new sites.
• Run the Docebo learning platform with auto-enrollment and analytics.
• Hire, coach, and organize training program managers and leaders.
• Report training health to Fleet Operations leadership including capacity and risk.
• Travel to operational sites to audit delivery and support launches.
