Job summary

East Carolina University’s ITCS Teaching Learning Research is hiring an hourly Learning Platform Technician to support Canvas, Respondus, WebEx, Poll Everywhere and other learning technologies for ECU faculty and students.

You will assist in content development, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and client support, with opportunities to work directly with campus staff in a student position.

Qualifications

• GPA requirement: minimum 2.0.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support for Learning Technologies such as Canvas, Respondus, WebEx, Poll Everywhere, and others.
• Assist in content development and work with AV/technical support.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide client-focused support and consultation.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support learners and campus initiatives.
