HelloFresh is seeking a Learning Platform Manager to own the 360Learning platform across four brands in a multi-site US network. You will manage user access, course architecture, and integrations, partnering with Operations, HR, Safety, and Ex to ensure scalable, compliant learning.

You will also lead a Senior Learning Experience Designer and drive continuous improvement of the training ecosystem. The role requires 5+ years in learning tech/LMS, deep LMS configuration experience, and travel up

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in learning technology, LMS administration, or learning and development with ownership of a corporate learning platform
• Hands-on experience with 360Learning, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP Litmos, or a comparable enterprise LMS
• Experience managing training program rollouts across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
• Strong instructional design or learning experience design foundation for learning path sequencing
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills across multiple brands/sites
• Experience building and delivering compliance training reporting to HR/operations
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 15%) to DC sites domestically; international travel as program expands

Responsabilidades

• Own the 360Learning platform as primary administrator: user accounts, group hierarchies, course catalog, and system configuration across all brands and sites
• Manage Workday–360Learning integration for automated enrollment and learner data accuracy
• Define and govern platform architecture, learning paths, program-level organization, and tagging conventions
• Monitor platform health to prevent enrollment gaps and broken content
• Manage vendor relationship with 360Learning and evaluate new features for DC needs
• Stay current on product updates and advise on configuration changes
