HelloFresh is seeking a Learning Platform Manager to own and optimize our 360Learning LMS across multiple brands and sites in the US. You will oversee user management, course architecture, and integrations with Workday, ensuring scalable, compliant learning experiences for DC associates and leaders.

You will manage one Senior Learning Experience Designer and partner with Operations, HR, Safety, and OpEX to deliver timely training programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning tech, LMS admin, or L&D with ownership of a corporate learning platform at admin level.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering enterprise LMS platforms (360Learning, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP Litmos).
• Experience delivering training program rollouts across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the platform end-to-end: user management, course catalog, and system configuration across brands/sites.
• Manage Workday–360Learning integration for automated enrollment and data accuracy.
• Define platform architecture and governance for multi-brand, multi-site catalogs.
• Monitor platform health and address enrollment gaps, broken links, and configuration issues.
• Lead the two-person platform team and mentor the Senior Learning Experience Designer.
• Support rollout planning, alignment with Ops/HR/Safety, and post-launch reviews.
