Job summary

Stronger Youth Brands is seeking an Online Training Manager to oversee two LMS platforms and steer instructional design for a global coach-training program. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging courses and materials and own the LMS ecosystem across brands like Soccer Shots and Little Kickers.

The role demands experience in adult learning, strong project management, and the ability to translate curriculum into digital learning tracks for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning technology, education, or adult learning.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in Online Learning environments.
• Experience with instructional design software (Storyline, Captivate, iSpring, Easygenerator, Camtasia).

Responsibilities

• Oversee two LMS systems/portals.
• Facilitate content updates and communications (in collaboration with marketing).
• Manage learning content and tools.
• Provide user training and system troubleshooting.
• Primary vendor contact.
• Lead Instructional design strategy.
• Develop and lead instructional design strategy.
• Develop learning materials and supports for franchisees to support coach development.
• Develop online learning tracks for a variety of audiences.
• Co-create learning content with curriculum and training team.
• Act as adult learning subject matter expert for Stronger Youth Brands.
• Support identifying, evaluating, creating, and launching new training offerings and platforms.
