Zusammenfassung

Fluence is seeking a Content Developer / Instructional Designer to design, develop, and administer onboarding and continuous learning programs. The role combines instructional design with hands-on LMS administration, live facilitation, SOP creation, and scalable video production.

You will ensure engaging and up-to-date content, manage LMS integrity, and collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver effective training across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of instructional design & content development experience.
• Articulate 360 Rise experience is required for building interactive, scalable e-learning content.
• LMS administration experience with user management, course creation, and reporting preferred.
• Facilitation experience for live or virtual training sessions.
• Experience creating SOPs and process documentation using Scribe or similar tools.
• Video production and editing using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere are required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain onboarding and continuous learning content for multiple roles.
• Modularize training content for LMS deployment across programs.
• Keep content updated on SharePoint sites and ensure accuracy.
• Create engaging, scalable e-learning modules using Articulate 360 Rise.
• Maintain LMS integrity: active users, course assignments, permissions, and reporting.
• Facilitate live or virtual onboarding sessions and partner with SMEs to keep content current.
• Produce and edit training videos with Synthesia and Adobe Premiere.
• Document SOPs and integrate them into training materials.
