HelloFresh is seeking a Learning Platform Manager to own and optimize our 360Learning platform across HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, and Factor in the US. You will manage LMS integrations, design learning paths, and coordinate with Operations, HR, Safety, and IT to ensure timely, scalable training delivery for Tier 1 DC associates and leaders.

The role combines hands-on platform administration with strategic oversight and people management, reporting to the global value stream and shaping

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in learning tech or LMS administration.
• Hands-on with 360Learning, Workday Learning, or similar.
• Experience rolling out trainings across multiple sites.
• Strong instructional design and stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Own and administer the 360Learning platform across brands.
• Manage Workday-360Learning integration and enrollment.
• Define platform architecture and catalog structure.
• Monitor platform health and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead a two-person platform team and set priorities.
• Partner with Content, Operations, HR, Safety, IT for rollout.
