• Translate learning data into actionable insights for People & Culture and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and administration of the learning technology stack, with emphasis on Workday Learning.
• Oversee compliance training programs and ensure enterprise standards are followed.
• Develop reports and analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to support enterprise learning initiatives.
