Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education in teaching, instructional design, or related field.
• Proven experience designing, delivering and evaluating training programs.
• Strong ability to analyze training needs and measure impact using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of software training programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and resources.
• Improve training effectiveness, performance, and ROI.
• Identify knowledge gaps with cross-functional teams and address them.
• Develop compliant, high-quality training content and materials.
• Communicate goals and progress to leadership with clear updates.
• Manage webinars to optimize customer learning experiences.
