Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Learning Operations and Compliance Lead in the United States. You will own the Workday Learning administration, oversee onboarding and compliance training, and drive governance across the enterprise learning ecosystem.

You will translate learning data into actionable insights for People & Culture and business leaders, while partnering with HR, Legal, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve platform efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Learning Operations, LMS Administration or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday Learning administration experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide compliance training programs.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region programs.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, maintenance, optimization, and governance of Workday Learning.
• Manage learning assignments, campaigns, paths, events, and learner records.
• Lead enterprise compliance training including onboarding and audits.
• Develop dashboards and reports on compliance and learning effectiveness.
• Provide regular learning and compliance reporting to leadership.
