The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in L&D operations or HR technology, with proven capabilities in systems thinking and analytics. The position plays a crucial role in building CWU's operational infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in L&D operations, HR technology, or learning analytics.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platform configuration.
• Ability to design learning measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration and ongoing management of CWU's LMS.
• Design and own CWU's core measurement framework.
• Own the design and continuous improvement of CWU's core operational processes.
