Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to manage learning systems, programs, and data across onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training. You will coordinate in-person and virtual sessions, support content development, and ensure accurate learner records within Workday Learning.

The role emphasizes collaboration with facilitators and analysts, data integrity, and documentation aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field.
• Two to four years of professional experience in training & development, human resources, project coordination, and/or related field.
• Experience with content development tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia) preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end scheduling and operational execution of training sessions across in-person and virtual environments.
• Coordinate logistics, including invitations, calendar holds, room reservations, catering, technology setup, materials preparation, and event logistics.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (Workday Learning), including course and program configuration, enrollments, learning paths, assignments, completions, learner records, and data accuracy.
• Assist in developing, formatting, editing, and maintaining instructor-led, virtual, digital, and self-paced learning materials.
