Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to manage and improve our training programs in a dynamic logistics environment.

You will maintain training records, coordinate sessions, assist employees with the Learning Management System, and support leadership and talent management initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in training are required; logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
• Experience in logistics industry preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of training activities and needs, monitors program effectiveness.
• Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results.
• Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and rooms.
• Assists employees in use of Learning Management System.
• May conduct needs assessments, focus groups or interviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of Leadership Development Program.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of Talent Management Program.
