Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to manage and optimize our training programs. You will maintain training records, monitor effectiveness, and coordinate sessions, both in person and virtually, across the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of training and development experience, preferably in logistics. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
• Experience in logistics industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of training activities and training needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements.
• Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results.
• Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms.
• Assists employees in use of Learning Management System.
• May conduct needs assessments, focus groups or employee interviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Leadership Development Program.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Talent Management Program.
