Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Northlake, TX is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to oversee records, assess training needs, and coordinate programs within the Learning and Development team.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of training and development experience, preferably in logistics; the role emphasizes leadership development, talent management support, and process improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
• Experience in logistics industry preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of training activities and needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements.
• Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results.
• Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms.
• Assists employees in use of Learning Management System.
• May conduct needs assessments, focus groups or employee interviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Leadership Development Program.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Talent Management Program.
