Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Learning Operations Support Coordinator in New York for a 12-month assignment to help manage learning programs and leverage AI-enabled tools for efficiency. The role emphasizes curiosity, organization, and a willingness to learn in a technology-driven environment.

The candidate will support calendars, enrollment, materials, and logistics; maintain records and dashboards; and collaborate with learners, facilitators, and the team to ensure a high-quality learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; coursework/internships in HR/Learning & Development or related area is a plus.
• Work or internship experience supporting programs, events, HR, Learning & Development, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate learning programs, experiences, and events from planning through completion.
• Support learning calendars, enrollment, communications, materials, and program logistics.
• Keep learning records, resources, trackers, and program documentation organized and up to date.
• Respond to questions and provide support to learners, facilitators, and team members.
• Help ensure learning programs run smoothly and provide a positive learner experience.
