Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Decentralized Learning Manager to design, implement, and evaluate leadership training across stores. You will partner with regional leaders to improve knowledge, skills, and performance, building a strong talent pipeline for assigned regions.

You will lead mindset, skillset, and toolset training for Operations Leaders, collaborating with the Decentralized Learning Specialist and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, communication, adult learning, or related field is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Operations with increasing management responsibility.
• Formal training in facilitation skills from a reputable organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, facilitate, and track field training programs for Operations Leadership.
• Develop engaging training sessions using various delivery methods (instructor-led, e-learning, in-store, etc.).
• Create strategic training plans aligned with company goals and ROI.
