Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Decentralized Learning Manager to design, implement, and evaluate training for Store and General Managers and other leaders across regions. You will collaborate with regional leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver mindset, skillset, and toolset training to operations leadership.

You will develop curriculum, deliver sessions through multiple formats, track ROI, and partner with Decentralized Learning Specialists to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, communication, adult learning, or related field.
• Five years of Learning & Development and/or Operations experience with increasing management responsibility.
• Must complete Store Management Training program and obtain Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, facilitates, and tracks field training programs that elevate Operations Leadership performance.
• Develops, designs, and facilitates engaging learning sessions using instructor-led, self-study, e-learning, in-store, classroom, and virtual formats.
• Creates training and development strategic and operational plans aligned with company goals and ROI.
• Designs and develops curriculum with value proposition for each program to meet performance objectives.
