Job summary

Andreoni Recruiting Consultants seeks a hands-on Restaurant Training Manager to build and lead a training function across locations. You will develop foundational programs, SOPs, and onboarding for hourly staff and managers, and partner with operations to execute training in the field.

The role offers potential to grow into leadership, including leading a team of training managers as the organization expands. Must be able to travel to multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning and development, or operations with significant responsibility for developing people.
• Food & beverage or restaurant experience strongly preferred, with understanding of store operations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement training programs, processes, and resources for consistent operations across locations.
• Create clear SOPs, training guides, and job aids for all store activities.
• Develop onboarding programs for hourly team members and managers.
• Deliver hands-on training in partnership with operations leaders and store teams.
• Lead training preparation and execution for new store openings.
• Identify skill gaps and develop programs to strengthen manager capabilities.
• Measure training effectiveness and improve programs based on feedback and results.
• Keep training materials current with evolving procedures and needs.
