Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Renton, WA is seeking a Learning Operations support role to manage registrations, enrollments, and reporting for learner programs.

The candidate should have 3–6 years in learning operations, strong customer service, and proficiency with My Learning, SharePoint, and related tools. This position requires handling confidential student data and maintaining accurate enrollment records.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in learning operations, registration/enrollment activities.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain processes clearly.
• Experience managing registrations, including manual enrollment and changes.
• Familiarity with learning/event systems and collaboration tools.
• Ability to respond to inquiries within SLAs and maintain data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration system tools to ensure event accuracy and a smooth learner experience.
• Understand system architecture to foresee issues and troubleshoot defects.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and ensure enrollment accuracy.
• Assist learners with enrollment and process enrollment changes when required.
• Create and deliver reports, including weekly enrollment data, and monitor attendance.
