Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, event planning & coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• Confident using technology and communication tools, including Workday Learning, Campaign Monitor, Airtable, and ServiceNow.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Team player who builds & maintains trusted, productive working relationships with stakeholders & partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports delivery of learning experiences.
• Coordinate event planning logistics, including room booking, catering requests, A/V needs, and room setup.
• Collects, validates, and maintains content and participant data in Workday Learning.
• Executes session communications to facilitators and participants through Campaign Monitor.
• Maintains accurate program data in Airtable.
• Monitors and responds to employee requests through ServiceNow.
• Resolves routine administrative issues and escalates risks appropriately.
• Supports finance and vendor administration activities, including invoicing and new purchase orders.
