• Assist instructor cadre in classroom reservation and set‑up
• Communicate with senior managers to plan, organise, and track the curriculum
• Assist with conducting assessment, surveys and focus groups
• Ability to create and distribute post‑training surveys and evaluations
• Collect, compile and analyse student training data and prepare reports for client
• Knowledge of Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation
• Identify and support opportunities to expand project scope beyond current deliverable and share information about clients' emerging needs with team members and management
