Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or reporting support.
• BA in Communications or related field.
• Experience working in a client learning and/or marketing operations role.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; familiarity with data organization).
• Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to assist with reporting and summaries.
• High attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain recurring learning reports (revenue tracking, program metrics, survey results).
• Perform project time reconciliation in OpenAir to ensure accurate reporting and billing alignment.
• Support custom CMS updates and class setup.
• Maintain documentation and operational checklists.
• Assist with trainer survey aggregation and reporting summaries.
• Coordinate logistics and planning for marketing events (internal and external).
• Track event deliverables, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Support reporting tied to event performance and lead tracking.
• Maintain organized documentation and post-event reporting materials.
• Build and maintain structured Excel workbooks for recurring reporting.
• Use Copilot and Excel AI tools to generate summaries, trend analysis, and reporting insights.
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance-sensitive reporting accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
