Job summary

Kforce has a client seeking a Learning Support Advisor II in Phoenix, AZ to partner with learning leaders, facilitators, learning performance consultants, content managers, business partners, and stakeholders to coordinate training delivery.

This role is responsible for ensuring learning events are effectively organized, delivered on time, and aligned with established operational processes, while maintaining a high level of customer service and support for all learning participants.

Qualifications

• Learning & Development experience including administration, analysis or resourcing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Workday and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of learning events.
• Match facility capabilities with scheduling needs.
• Support Learning & Development teams with resourcing and delivery.
• Manage course setup and LMS entries.
• Collaborate to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
