You will partner with HR, area leadership and stakeholders, facilitate across classroom, virtual and blended formats, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement while traveling up to 50% to field locations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience delivering instructor-led training.
• Based out of Phoenix, AZ with travel to US field locations up to 50%.
• Not sponsorship eligible.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging instructor-led learning experiences for employees and leaders.
• Partner with Area leadership, HR, and stakeholders to identify needs and align programs to priorities.
• Track feedback and learning outcomes; support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent delivery across locations.
