Job summary

QXO, Inc. in Coppell, TX seeks a Program Manager, Learning Operations to own the learning intake framework, governance, and tooling across training demand.

You will design and maintain the intake process, routing decisions by complexity and capacity, and ensure transparent operations. You will translate learning demand into structured execution plans, manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies, and report on throughput and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, PMO, or HR operations within a complex organization.
• Ability to design and manage structured workflows and governance models.
• Experience with intake frameworks, prioritization models, or service delivery operations.
• Experience in learning and development environments and content types.
• Experience supporting M&A integration is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end intake framework and tools for all training requests.
• Maintain the decision framework guiding routing by complexity, priority, and capacity.
• Translate learning demand into structured execution plans and manage timelines.
• Track delivery against strategic objectives and commitments.
• Design and refine the intake decision tree and routing logic.
• Coordinate execution across L&D, HRIS, and shared services.
• Provide reporting on intake, throughput, and delivery performance.
• Partner with L&D leadership to support strategic priorities.
