QXO, Inc. is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to partner with sales leadership, aligning go-to-market strategies with human performance solutions in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will design and deliver blended learning, leadership programs, and analytics-driven improvements to sales enablement. The role requires extensive experience in instructional design and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in learning, including instructional design, facilitation, delivery methodologies, adult learning theory and current training methods.
• 5+ years in a sales or sales support role with understanding of sales practices and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of sales environments with outside/field sales and national accounts experience.
• Project management across portfolios or programs with enterprise-wide implementations.
• Experience partnering with sales leadership to align learning with revenue growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement learning strategies that support outside/field sales and national accounts.
• Execute the learning strategy, aligning programs with go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and product/service offerings.
• Forecast annual programs and develop strategic roadmaps while assessing organizational risk.
• Recommend and support the design and facilitation of blended learning programs for the sales teams and roles.
• Develop leadership development pathways and upskilling initiatives for sales managers and high-potential talent.
• Utilize data-driven insights and sales performance analytics to optimize content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with the business on initiatives requiring training interventions and design high-level program designs for approval and delivery.
• Lead corporate learning strategies and curriculum, coordinating with sales leadership on tech-based learning initiatives.
