Job summary

QXO seeks a Lead Learning & Development Analytics professional to lead the build-out of its learning analytics capability. You will work hands-on with LMS, HR data warehouse, BI tools, and analytics environments to design dashboards, standardized reporting, and insights across enterprise learning programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Learning Analytics or related analytics roles
• Strong SQL and data modeling with LMS/HRIS data
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Oracle Fusion Analytics
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence

Responsibilities

• Ingest, transform, and prepare data from LMS, HRIS, and vendor systems for enterprise data warehouse.
• Write efficient SQL queries to clean, join, and aggregate datasets.
• Lead cross-functional analytics with L&D, HRIS, IT to improve LMS data capture and taxonomy.
• Own scalable data models and reporting structures linking learning activity to outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Oracle Fusion Analytics; automate reporting.
