Job summary

Amazon's OpX Leader Learning & Development seeks a Program Manager to be the single-threaded L&D lead across 200+ SSD and GFC sites. You will size training programs, manage PMO processes, and connect training to measurable business outcomes.

This is a strategic, data-driven role building PMO infrastructure and reporting to senior leaders. You will own intake gating, sizing matrices, and ASANA PMO coordination, driving timely delivery and quality while aligning with CLS standards and branding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded leader for L&D within network PMO processes across SSD and GFC.
• Own the L&D project intake process and go/no-go decisions on training solutions.
• Create and maintain the L&D project sizing matrix mapping needs to solutions with timelines.
• Build and manage ASANA as the PMO mechanism with cadence reviews and deliverables.
• Develop weekly project reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation paths.
• Build a metrics system for on-time completion, training effectiveness, and business impact.
• Ensure L&D solutions meet design standards through content review and approval.
