Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring a full-time Learning Management System (LMS) and Credentialing Manager to own Care Academy and keep RN, LPN, and CNA licenses current.

This hybrid/remote role supports a distributed care team and ensures compliance across licensing and training requirements. The role collaborates with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams, manages weekly training reports, and coordinates licensure renewals and credentialing activities for the state(s) where staff work.

Formación

• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally in healthcare or home care.
• Knowledge of licensure, credentialing tracking and compliance processes.
• Ability to generate and distribute weekly training reports to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Care Academy LMS platform as administrator.
• Serve as the single point of contact for enrollment, access, and system issues.
• Collaborate with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams on training needs.
• Recommend and administer a ticketing system for course requests.
• Distribute weekly training completion reports to stakeholders.
• Support compliance and credentialing needs, including licensure renewal.
• Ensure team members maintain valid licenses in their working states.
• Track BLS certifications for applicable team members.
• Coordinate in-service training completion and payroll submission.

What You'll Do

• Own the Care Academy platform relationship as our learning management system administrator.
• Serve as the single point of contact for enrollment, access, and system issues.
• Collaborate weekly with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams on training needs.

• Distribute weekly training completion reporting to stakeholders.
• Support compliance and credentialing needs, including licensure renewal and maintenance.
• Ensure team members - RNs, LPNs, and CNAs - maintain valid, active clinical licenses in the state(s) where they work.
• Track valid BLS certifications for all applicable team members.
• Manage in-service training completion and submit weekly completion data to payroll to support DOL-compliant payout.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience with a learning management system (LMS), ideally in a healthcare or home care setting.
• Experience with clinical licensure, credentialing, or compliance tracking (RN, LPN, CNA credentials a strong plus).
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on outstanding documentation.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to a distributed team.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid / remote, full-time position. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet weekly and monthly compliance deadlines. You should be comfortable with the physical demands of a typical remote desk role.
