Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) seeks a Program Impact Learning Innovation Manager to lead design, evaluation, and scaling of learning and program experiences. You will partner with Education and Product Development to ground curriculum decisions in data and leverage Canvas LMS and conferencing tools to deliver high-quality learning at scale.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with instructional design methodologies and curriculum development.
• Hands-on experience administering Canvas LMS and web-based conferencing platforms.
• Strong data analytics skills with experience building reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve curriculum and program experiences.
• Lead pilot testing of new curricula or program models and iterate quickly.
• Build and maintain style guides, templates, and quality standards for instructional content.
• Own Canvas LMS administration, including course shells, enrollment, gradebook, and reporting.
• Manage the organization's web-based conferencing platform for live instruction.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools translating data into actionable insights.
• Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Workforce Development to align learning with employment outcomes.
