Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for instructional design, academic technology, and faculty support aligned with Carlson's strategy.
• Lead schoolwide pedagogy, assurance of learning, and assessment initiatives.
• Design faculty development programs and promote AI literacy without prescriptive approaches.
• Oversee learning technology infrastructure, accessibility standards, and vendor relationships.
